1. Failed generations
Credits for variants that fail are returned to your balance automatically.
2. Unused credits
You can request a full refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits were used.
3. How to request
Contact us or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Accounts suspended for abuse are not eligible for refunds of used credits.
